Lama Migmar Tseten has initiated The Project MIG to help secure the necessary financial assistance to provide cataract surgery for needy people in India and Nepal.
The Project MIG, a project of Sakya Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts, will collaborate with the Sakya Medical Clinics in India and Nepal to sponsor cataract surgery for those individuals who seriously need the surgery but who are not able to pay for it. A contribution of $150 will provide cataract surgery for one eye for one individual. Please help give the gift of sight.
Sakya Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Persons who wish to make tax-deductible contributions to The Project MIG may send their contribution to Sakya Center. Please make your check payable to Sakya Center and ear mark your gift for The Project MIG. 100% of your contribution will be used directly for surgery related expenses.
